My wife, daughter, and I fell in love with a place far from home (Pensacola Florida) and decided to sell all of our things (even my 1995 Mazda MX-3), move across the country, and start a vacation rental business. We learned a lot on our journey and decided to make it our mission to help others overcome the hurdles of running a profitable and successful vacation rental.
